How the Human Body is Designed

Your body is an integrated system that depends on each part of you working the best it can. If any one part is not getting what it needs, or not doing what it should, the rest of your body will compensate to make up for what is missing.

Strength

Your brain controls everything. How strong you feel and/or how well your muscles work is not just about how big your muscles are, though that is part of it. How well your muscles work is controlled by the message they receive from your brain. Your brain assesses each situation and determines how hard you need to work. If the brain can assess correctly and determine how hard you need to work accurately your muscles will understand what to do.

Movement and Control

Can you sense your body in your surroundings? In order for your brain to tell your body what to do it must accurately understand the world around you. Where is the ground? Which direction is forward? Am I safe? When your brain struggles to understand and perceive the world you lose your sense of control. You lose your ability to move through the world without problems. If we re-train your brain to better understand the outside, your inside can function better.
