Shoulder, Upper Arm, and Chest Mechanics

Your shoulder moves in three directions, is very mobile, and must be controlled from all three directions to move correctly.

Shoulder muscles connect to many places including your neck, ribs, thoracic spine, lumbar spine, shoulder blade, and elbow. Your shoulder is strong and stabilized when all these muscles are doing their job at the right time. That means all these other areas need to be working well too.

We evaluate all these areas, and even your rib mobility while you breath, to tailor a program you can do at home.
