Hip, Upper Leg, and Groin Mechanics
Your hip moves in three directions and is designed to rotate, spin, and glide like a ball in a socket. This lets you transfer weight from one foot to the other as you walk, squat, kneel, jump, and run.
But your hips don't move in isolation from the rest of our body. They rely on the stability in your trunk from above and your feet from below. Even your spine can influence your hips.
We fully assess this integrated movement system to help you move better, not just in your hips, but in your whole body.
