Mid to Low Back and Pelvis Mechanics

Your back and pelvis are composed of multiple joints that move in three directions. Some of the joints in your spine are very small and all these connections need to be moving correctly for each single joint to do its job well.

The back and pelvis are the foundation of your stability and your entire body moves around this foundation. Good integration of your pelvis and trunk leads to improved movement patterns, proper intra-abdominal pressure, optimal bowel/bladder function, and better breathing patterns.

We assess your foundation and build from there to design a physical therapy program that limits strain and pressure in the pelvis and low back.
